Your 2-Hour Experience Includes

  • The workshop is a total of about 2 hours: 1 hour of ice cream making and recipe development, 1 hour of ice cream cake decorating and a brief 5-10 min break in between for setup. Participants will be split into 2 groups with each group swapping stations during the break.

  • Yes! You’ll take home a pint of the custom flavor your group creates and your beautifully decorated Mini size ice cream cake.

  • Not at all. This workshop is designed for beginners, hobbyists, culinary creatives, and aspiring shop owners alike. All experienced levels are welcome!

  • We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Aprons or protective gear will be provided.

    Sanitization and safety are our upmost priorities so please have hair tied back and free from facial and food obstruction.

  • Due to heavy machinery use and style of this workshop, anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.

  • Yes! You’ll actively participate in mixing ingredients, using equipment, learning techniques, and decorating your own cake.

  • Each group collaborates to create one custom flavor together, which allows everyone to learn the full small-batch process from start to finish.

  • You’ll learn the technical decorating practices and use a curated selection of toppings and color décor to create a design that fits your style.

    Each cake will be pre-whipped so you can hone in on your technical piping and creative skills!

  • We use high-quality, premium ingredients sourced for our own ice cream production.

    If you have allergies, please notify us in advance as we are not an allergen free facility.

  • Absolutely! This class covers fundamentals in recipe development, batch freezer techniques, and production processes, making it a great introduction for future shop owners.

  • Street parking is available and accessible.

  • Workshops are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to reschedule sessions as needed. If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants or if we must adjust the schedule for any reason, we will contact you directly via phone or email with a new arranged date.
