FAQ’s

  • We partner with independent ice cream shops and restaurants that value quality, consistency, and intentional menu development. Our Food Service Program is designed for businesses looking to elevate their offerings while building a sustainable, long-term partnership.

  • We are currently a pickup-only facility. To ensure product quality and consistency, all orders are picked up directly from our manufacturing location.

    Most of our partners operate within a 40 minute (about 10 mile radius) to make this process seamless. Longer distances would require a temperature controlled vehicle.

  • Orders are placed in advance and scheduled for weekly or twice weekly pickup. We’ll work with you to establish a consistent rhythm that supports your operations and keeps your inventory flowing smoothly.
    Our current pickup days are: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

  • Once we receive your application and align in a partnership, onboarding can happen within about one week so you can schedule your first pickup order.

    We keep the process simple and supportive so you can begin serving quickly and confidently.

  • We offer hands-on onboarding and guidance to help you and your team serve the product at its best. From storage to scooping to presentation, we’re here to support the full experience.

  • Partners should have:

    • A holding freezer that maintains temperatures below -5°F

    • A serving freezer that stays at or below 0°F

    • Safe and reliable transport for pickups

    We’ll guide you through best practices to ensure product integrity from pickup to service.

  • Yes! Partners can select from our available flavors and rotate offerings as needed. We also introduce seasonal and specialty flavors, allowing you to keep your menu fresh without added risk.

  • We operate as a small-batch, handcrafted production facility. Every batch is made with care and intention, ensuring consistency while maintaining the integrity and quality of the product.

  • Our approach is rooted in almost 60 years of experience and three generations of family craftsmanship. Every recipe we produce has been time-tested and refined, allowing us to deliver consistent, high-quality product with intention, care and made to be served with pride.
